Go to https://www.vives.be/en/exchange-students/application-procedure-exchange-students and click on the black button ‘start application’ under part 1.

Select the name of the city where you’ll study.

Then you will see the following screen.

Please fill in the following fields. You don’t need to enter your mobile phone number.

• Given name = first name
• Surname = last name = family name
• Private e-mail address

And tap that you are not a robot.

Click on ‘next’

Now you will see following the following screen.

Please indicate ‘I want to set my password now (you can find your activation code and link in your mailbox’ and click on ‘continue’.
