Click on ‘addresses’ on the mainpage of the application form.

You only have to fill in your permanent address. Please do not enter a current address! Because this can cause problems in the processing of your registration!!!

So please answer the question ‘is your current address the same as your permanent address?’ with ‘YES’.

Fill in your permanent address (= home address in your home country) and the details of your contact person in case of emergency.

Please only fill in the fields with a red asterisk.

Don’t forget to click on ‘save’ in the lower right corner.
