On the mainpage of the application form you need to click on the plus sign under ‘applications’ (bottom right).

Please only fill in the fields with a red asterisk.
- Type of programme = you have to select ‘Exchange student’
- Academic year = you have to select ‘2025-2026’
- Programme = choose the right programme
- Type of exchange:
- E+ Partner Countries Study = only for KA171-students who will follow a study programme at VIVES
- E+ Partner Countries Traineeship = only for KA171-students who will do a traineeship at VIVES
- Erasmus Belgica study = only for students from Wallonia (French speaking part of Belgium) and Brussels who will follow a study programme at VIVES
- Erasmus Belgica Traineeship = only for students from Wallonia (French speaking part of Belgium) and Brussels who will do a traineeship at VIVES
- Erasmus study = only for students who will receive an Erasmus+ grant from their home university to study at VIVES
- Erasmus Traineeship = only for students who will receive an Erasmus+ grant from their home university to do a traineeship at VIVES
- Other = all other students
- Home university college = the name of your home university
- Country of home university college = country of your home university
- Name contact person home university college = name of the coordinator at your home university who should receive all communication from VIVES and the Transcript of Records
- E-mail contact person home university college = email address of the coordinator at your home university who should receive all communication from VIVES and the Transcript of Records
- Telephone contact person home university college = telephone number of your coordinator at your home university
- Name contact person VIVES Zuid = Melanie Carbonelle
- Number of completed years of study = How many years have you completed in your home university?
- Date of arrival in Belgium = you can find the calendar on our website and in the welcome guide
- Date of departure = you can find the calendar on our website and in the welcome guide
